My approach to photography is to get to know the people I am photographing before the shoot. I prefer to do an upfront meeting and to even build up a Pinterest board with the people that I meet so that I have a clear vision of what they see in their heads and the style of photography they are looking for.

I then work to match the style of photography that best reflects the energy of the people I photograph or a style of image that best reflects them and or the day.
